The Lepakshi Veerabhadra Swamy Temple located in the state of Andhra Pradesh was built in the 16th century and is a protected monument of national importance.

Every surface of the temple is exposed to carvings & paintings and the epic stories of Mahabharata and Ramayana is depicted on them with bright colors and scenes. This temple is built in the Vijayanagara Architectural style.
